THESIS FEDERAL

Privacy

Your inquiry and company materials.

We use the information you submit to evaluate your request, communicate with you and provide any services you approve.

What we collect

Contact and company details, your description, opportunity information and any document links you choose to share. Our site also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement for website activity and campaign attribution. Inquiry text, names and email addresses are not sent as analytics event parameters.

Browser attribution and inquiry outcomes

We use browser storage to record how a visit was first discovered, later referrals, paid campaign identifiers and, when a link brings you to a named section of our services page, that section’s name, so we can understand which activity leads to an inquiry. We retain recognized service-section labels, not arbitrary URL fragments. These attribution records have a 90-day use window in your browser. You can clear the site’s browser storage; blocked or unavailable storage can limit attribution.

When you submit an inquiry, we may save its attribution with the request and record response, qualification, engagement and payment outcomes to evaluate our service and marketing. The browser attribution window is not a deletion schedule for server-side inquiry or engagement records.

How we use it

We store inquiries, send confirmation and internal notification emails, and use your materials to respond. Our website, email and analytics service providers process information for these purposes. Sending an inquiry does not authorize disclosure of your company materials to potential partners or government evaluators. We obtain your approval before sharing those materials.

We retain copies of confirmation and internal notification messages, sending and retry records, and delivery or failure events to operate the inquiry handoff, investigate problems and measure response times. Our email provider processes delivery events for these purposes. These records do not establish that a person read a message or that an inquiry became a customer.

What to send

Use this form only for public or non-sensitive information. Do not submit classified information, controlled technical data, confidential customer records or account credentials. We can discuss an appropriate process for other materials before you share them.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics (G-BXT5870N5F) to measure website visits, page and form interactions, and confirmed inquiries. We use Google Ads (AW-18447618064) to measure advertising activity, campaign attribution and conversions. Google tags can use cookies and related browser storage for these purposes.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked to accept or reject analytics and advertising storage first. Until they accept, Google consent is denied and we do not save our browser attribution records. Google Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurement signals while consent is denied. Elsewhere, measurement is enabled by default unless you reject it.

We save your choice as tf_consent_v1 so it can be applied on every page. You can use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to accept, reject or change your choice. Rejecting stops future analytics and advertising storage and clears our browser attribution records and accessible Google measurement cookies. Your inquiry form remains available regardless of your choice.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing paul@thesisfederal.com. We retain inquiry and operational records as needed to respond, provide approved services, resolve delivery problems and meet accounting or applicable obligations.
